Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how MyyHub collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information when you use our social media content management and publishing services.

Effective and last updated: June 11, 2026

MyyHub accesses connected social account data only after you authorize access and uses it to provide the features you request. We do not sell your personal information.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to the MyyHub website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). It does not govern the privacy practices of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or other third-party services, which are governed by their own policies.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • account and contact information, such as your name, email address, organization name, and login credentials;
  • content and instructions you submit, including captions, images, videos, links, drafts, schedules, and publishing preferences;
  • communications, support requests, survey responses, and other information you send us; and
  • billing details processed by our payment providers. We do not store complete payment card numbers.

Information from connected social platforms

When you connect a social account, the platform may provide information allowed by the permissions you approve, such as:

  • account identifiers, username, profile name, profile image, account type, and managed Page or professional account details;
  • access tokens and authorization metadata needed to maintain the connection;
  • content you select for management or publication and the status, identifier, or URL of a resulting post; and
  • limited account or content metrics when you separately authorize a feature that requires them.

We request only the platform permissions reasonably necessary for the features you choose. We do not use social account data for unrelated advertising or sell it to data brokers.

Information collected automatically

  • device, browser, IP address, language, operating system, and approximate location derived from IP;
  • log and usage data, including pages viewed, feature interactions, error reports, and timestamps; and
  • cookies and similar technologies used for authentication, security, preferences, and service analytics.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • create, authenticate, maintain, and secure your account;
  • connect social accounts and perform actions you request, including preparing, scheduling, uploading, and publishing content;
  • show connection, upload, processing, and publication status;
  • provide support, communicate service notices, and respond to requests;
  • monitor reliability, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve the Service;
  • process payments and maintain business records; and
  • comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect users, MyyHub, and others.

5. How We Share Information

We may share information with:

  • Connected platforms. We transmit your content and requested publishing settings to the social platform you select.
  • Service providers. Vendors may process data for hosting, storage, security, analytics, communications, support, and payment processing under contractual restrictions.
  • Your organization. If you use a team workspace, authorized workspace members may access information consistent with their roles.
  • Legal and safety recipients. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or enforce agreements.
  • Business transaction participants. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security and business records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention depends on the type of data, why it was collected, and applicable requirements.

OAuth access tokens are retained while a social account remains connected or until the token expires or is revoked. Draft and scheduled content is retained while needed to provide the requested feature. Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period before routine deletion.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent or appeal a privacy decision. You may also:

  • update certain account information in the Service;
  • disconnect a social account in MyyHub or revoke access through the connected platform’s settings;
  • manage browser cookies using browser controls; and
  • unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the email link.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law.

8. Account and User Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your MyyHub account and associated personal information at any time:

  • use the account deletion control in your MyyHub account settings, when available; or
  • email myyhub@dhgate.com from the address associated with your account with the subject “Data Deletion Request.”

After verifying the request, we will disconnect linked social accounts, revoke or delete stored access tokens, and delete or de-identify associated personal information unless retention is required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, disputes, or legitimate business records. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

You may also remove MyyHub directly from the apps and websites or security settings of Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok. Removing the connection stops future API access but does not automatically delete posts already published to those platforms.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong password and protect your account credentials.

10. International Data Transfers

MyyHub and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections, and provide additional information upon request.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to us.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as our Service, practices, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised Policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required.
