Terms of Service

1. The Service

MyyHub provides software for preparing, organizing, scheduling, and publishing user-directed content to third-party services, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Features may vary by account, region, platform approval status, or third-party availability.

MyyHub is an independent service and is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, or their affiliates.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for safeguarding your login credentials, and for all activity under your account.

You must promptly notify us if you believe your account or a connected social account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Connected Social Accounts

You may connect eligible social media accounts through the authorization process provided by the relevant platform. You authorize MyyHub to access and use the permissions you approve only to provide the requested features, such as displaying account information or publishing content at your direction.

You represent that you own or are authorized to manage each account you connect. You may revoke access through MyyHub or the applicable platform. Revocation may prevent related features from working.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of text, images, videos, audio, trademarks, and other material that you submit to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant MyyHub a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and format Your Content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to carry out your publishing instructions.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and for confirming its accuracy before publication. You represent that you have all rights, permissions, releases, and licenses necessary to use and publish Your Content.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use MyyHub to:

• violate any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right;
• publish unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, abusive, or exploitative content;
• distribute spam, manipulate engagement, impersonate others, or misrepresent the source or sponsorship of content;
• bypass platform safeguards, rate limits, access controls, or review requirements;
• upload malicious code or interfere with the security or operation of the Service; or
• access the Service through automated means except through interfaces expressly made available by MyyHub.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Your use of a connected platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms, policies, community guidelines, technical limits, and content review processes. You are responsible for complying with them. A platform may reject, delay, remove, restrict, or alter the visibility of content independently of MyyHub.

We do not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee that their APIs or features will remain available, uninterrupted, or unchanged. We may modify or discontinue an integration when required by a platform or reasonably necessary to protect users.

7. Fees and Subscriptions

Some features may require payment. Prices, billing intervals, included usage, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be disclosed before purchase. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.

8. MyyHub Intellectual Property

MyyHub and its licensors own the Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, excluding Your Content. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

9. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your social accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or if a platform requires us to restrict an integration.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

MyyHub does not guarantee publication, reach, engagement, availability, or business results. You should maintain independent copies of important content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyyHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the Service.

Our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid MyyHub during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyyHub and its personnel from claims, losses, and expenses arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the MyyHub service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days, unless prohibited by law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, law, or platform requirements. We will post the revised Terms with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
